Any idea, how I can get my date and time to synchronise on my KH Director it’s been drifting for months now, it doesn’t affect its accuracy, but really strange why the internal clocks are so different

I've wondered about this, too. My KH Director clock is not synced with my Profilux controller.

You can set the correct time by entering the correct time zone settings through Control Center or Connect. Match the UTC timezone setting to your location.

Hi, I am not sure if I got this question right. The KHD has no internal clock. The time comes solely from the master, either the ProfiLux or the doser. What means "drifting"? Compared to what? What time is drifting? Shown time in GHL Connect or system time in master?

Hi Matthias, the P4 time and date is correct, but as you can see from the photo in my OP above the KHD time and date is not showing the last time measured correctly, I measure my KH 4 times a day, if it accurately recording it, it would of said 9:20 pm on the 2/7/19, but as you can see it’s way out. I didn’t send in ticket as it’s a minor inconvenience and I thought I had probably got a setting incorrect somewhere.

I do not have this issue on my side.
Kh director is showing well the time of the latest run.

Did you check on the profilux display for the internal clock if it match the one set on MyGHL ?

Select Extra > Internal time

I put in a ticket for this in case I can offer any information to help get it fixed. That way GHL has my contact info.

My Profilux(P4) emails me every 2 hours of my tank parameters which includes the KH results.

I really like this feature, a Tank Check every two hours It sends me an email of my tank settings, without me having to log in.

You can use the Insert Code of Sensors, and Kh Director or copy and paste

The 2:00 is the interval for me every 2 hours

The $$SENN[k]$$ : $$SENV[k]$$ is the line for the KH Director.

On my side I prefere to keep the mail function for alarms. I connect to the app if I really want to check the values.
So I know when mail is received it is because something isn't running right.

In my picture above the first three are text alerts when they go off I know something is wrong.

I use the 2 hour emails notification mode as a health check. I also log into the app but I can quickly see the last 24 hours of my tank health withib 30 seconds of all the parameters.

I have a feeling GHL will streamline some of this in the future! A lot of options are currently there, but maybe not always the easiest to take advantage of. The app keeps getting better and would think the alerts/alarms may get a little tweaking as well.

@WWIII - agreed quite a few options. They have also stated that iOS alerts are planned for the app which will be another way for us to be alerted on.
