I’ve just spent a couple of hours setting up the pipe work and calibrating the pumps and ph probe, one huge improvement over other ghl products is the manual it is logical and step wise. For now I’m just monitoring Alk and have just run first test came in at 5.9 rather than the 6.6 my hanna checker gave me, so low anyway so going to correct over next few days and run lots of simple tests to get a feel for it. Just run a second test which came in at 6.6 dkh so I’ll see how it settles down. Im not sure what to set the container size for the tank water in as, as I don’t want it alarming all the time so set to 30000ml and emptying and set the waste container to 1500ml with alarm at 1400ml and set to fill container, one concern here is how often the rear overflow is going to trigger as this flows into this container as well so will upset the levels... time will tell, i may end up setting a Davy Jones locker on here as I don’t want it overflowing. I’ll keep you all posted...
