Right now, easier to get nice Occys. I have a pair of Snowcassos still in QT.going with all Occy line? will look great nonetheless.

This is a sad update. Unfortunately, when my tank doesn't have a whole lot in it, I don't watch it daily. I did a water change last week and really careful to match similar water params as previous and I do a water change every 2 weeks except the last one which was 3 weeks... got too busy. All the nems, except one just disappeared. So something went wrong with the water change and I didn't do anything different. There brown algae over the glass, which leads me to think something died. The DaVinci clowns I put in as testers are doing great, but I only have one nem present. I think the params on this new tank wasn't stable enough and the bad water change did them in. The Sunburst disappeared several weeks ago and never came back out, but now all nems I've collected except one are gone. Sorry for the bad update.
Now, I'm considering putting in 3x pairs of SnowOnyx and 3x pairs of Black Ice... these were the ones that didn't make the cut the first time a year ago and was put into the my 175g community tank. They've grown this passed year and although not all extreme, they have beautiful blues. A very balance looking clowns. I'll shoot some videos when I move them.
so sorry to hear about the BTA's. be careful mixing BTA's. seems like there's some kind of chemical warfare going on with BTA's. I find that smooth solid tentacled BTA's (most RBTA's) and BTA's with striations on their tentacles don't mix well. I dunno how to explain the difference of the two BTA's but I can tell which is which when I see one in person. I have a strain of Rainbow'ish BTA that gets huge bubbles that seem to do well in my tank and the RBTA's I get from a specific source tend to do good for only few months and slowly dwindle away while the Rainbow'ish ones continue to thrive.

It's been awhile and still no real update. I haven't been able to get my clownfish tank stable to keep anemones. The nems keep hiding in the rockwork and never come out again. Assume they've just whither away back there. I turned my 175g FOWLR tank into Angelfishes, Tangs and about 50 Ocellaris. My 120g houses Perculas, mainly C-Quest Onyx at the moment. I know it's been awhile. Tank has no nems. I decided to put my colony of TieDye/Jawebreakers shrooms into this tank. Went with Occys for awhile and pulled them out. Currently have a handful of C-Quest Onyx growing in the tank, but will be switching them out soon too. Will most likely end up with about a dozen Bali Aquarich black Picassos. Love the colors.
