Once the Ruby Reef bath is done, return her to clean warm water, give her time to rest ... and hope for a surprising recovery.

The antibiotic combination that most folks use (because it's reasonably easy to get hold of at a LFS) is Furan-2, Kanaplex and Metroplex. Nitrofuracin Green also works well, but can be more difficult to locate.

She’s in a bucket right now just because i did not have anything. She’s done with the ruby reef and I’ll buy the medications when I get home tonight.

Copper was probably the causative agent: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/hlle-head-lateral-line-erosion.259916/

Soaking the fish food with Selcon & Zoecon will likely reverse it.

Also agre, copper causss HLLE but after treatment a fish can heal quickly with good nutrition and good water quality.
