Can Krylon spray painted on 1" pvc pipe be glued to slip to slip fittings, 90's, etc without removing the paint??? after waiting for the required drying time.

Easier to make as many connections as possible and then paint. But “yes”. Also don’t over spray the ends where the connections will be, and just sand a bit to make it easier.

I painted my returns/overflow pvc

Like Jon said just don’t spray your connections and you’ll be fine. Either tape off the ends or dry fit all of your fittings then paint.

It also depends on what kind you got. Some krylon is made for metal only.

I was thinking of painting the entire length of pipe but am concerned that the paint would prevent the glue from making a strong bond
