No maybe not. I want to photograph my tank and try to get it published so in the summer if you will be interested we can possibly do it

Alright, so I spent a little time with the Azurelite on my little 20 long tank last night and here are some of the tester shots. Next time, maybe tonight, I'll get serious about it and do some real macros! I used melev's top-down photo box for several of these as well.

Thanks for looking!

I love the Azurelight with Macro photography. Those came out great!

Thanks, Marc! Last night I waited a little too long and many of the corals were already closed/closing, so tonight I'll try to shoot them immediately after lights out.

Thanks :D

Here are the ones from last night. Was able to get a few nice macros, even without turning the pumps off. That's how bright the azurelite is! Set the camera to Av mode, f8.0. ISO was on 1600 but noise stays low on the T2i, thankfully.

Excellent images, and wow at the low noise to high ISO level.

The low noise was one of the deciding factors for me when I bought the T2i. When doing urbex photography, most of the locations are dimly lit so I need to use higher ISOs quite often. Haven't been disappointed with this camera yet. :)

Oh, did you happen to see the pics from Fragniappe? https://www.flickr.com/photos/120097123@N02/sets/72157642221326895/

Thank you!
Is there a certain photo or photos you would like the exif data for?
Most of the time I set both the WB and ISO to auto and let the camera choose for me. The Canon T2i handles both really well.
All it takes it practice! Just take many photos and try different settings until you find what works. :)
