Yeah for sure. Lets see some pics. That sounds like an amazing colony.

These are under 14K. High light and high flow. They love to eat

:hammer: You will like them Chad. They like alot of light

I have one coming on monday from a trade I did about 3 months ago - lol (I traded for all 5 of the proto's since that is all he really had at the time)

I'll try it up high and see what happens.

I'll be honest though, even the nicely colored up ones I saw didn't look all that nice unless they were under 20k radiums or a lot of actinics.

Here is my colony. I bought one pal directly from WWC in Aug, 2009. Now I have at least 15 pals

True that! Mine eat like pigs. They'll down chunks of mysis, small pellet food, brine shrimp, bbs...all sorts of stuff.

I don't really have a group shot of all of the polyps. Like I said, they are kinda spread throughout the tank, so I might have 20 here, 30 there, another 20 somewhere else. I am working on growing out one big rock of polyps right now. I started with 1 polyp on a rock a few months ago and I think it's up to about 12-15. I should group all of the clumps together and take a family pic sometime.

This is a captain america paly in a tank with 250w radiums. Not mine, but my pic.

Okay, took a shot of one of the larger rocks of Captain Americas today. I took a quick count and came up with nearly 50 polyps on this bunch.

It's still pretty evident in the above pic, but under the lighting conditions in my tank, the polyps have developed a purpelish aura around the red mouth, before going blue on the outer rim. I really like the effect. Here's a pic of a grown-out frag from a few months ago showing the same thing, a little closer up.

Wow Zack that is an amazing piece. I cant wait to get a few from you. Thanks for responding. As for my corals from Cuong, we had some problems with usps and Unfortunately I lost the CA and the mandarin looks like it is following close behind. Cuong is a great guy though and he is taking care of everything.

I don't spot feed mine often but in 6 months I got about 8 polyps. When I got the frag it was a baby it looked like a dot on the plug I thought it would fly away and now the plug is completly covered
