Looking for a LED setup for my 120g build. 4x2x2' tank. I'll probably need two fixtures. I've done the DIY led setup but the prices of pre made lights have come down and the technology is always getting better. Looking for suggestions. Need to be able to keep clams on the sand. Better to have too much than not enough. Leaning towards AI vegas. Every fixture seems to use cool whites where I've been lead to believe nw or ww are better. Would be nice to be able to change the puck out if they burn out or I want a different color. Any help would be great. Thanks.

i have two kessil a350w's over my 4ft tank. I love em! they are actually for sale if interested, I am lookin to buy the new a360w from kessil

How do the kessils work out for you as far as growth and color?

Have you considered Radions?
The programming that comes with them is awesome.
After I got my first one ( actually won it in a raffle), I was so impressed I bought 3 more for my 240.
There are cheaper led fixtures, but it's hard to beat the Radions with the software.

I've read the colors aren't the greatest. They are awesome fixtures and expensive. The software is really good, but do they really have a full spectrum

If Radions are even up for consideration, checkout the Ecotech website, call them, email them, see what they say about your concerns.

Check out the Orphec Atlantis leds. They are awesome. Orphec.com

You're kidding, right? You think that they're going to say anything besides 'our lights will give you the best color and the best growth, ever'?

I really like my vega...cloud cover, lunar cycle, 20 channel control...you can change out the pucks..even costumize your own pucks on their web site..

The op had concerns about what leds were in the fixture.
Do you really think they are going to lie?

Did you have a suggestion for the op, or did you just want to bash me for my opinion?

Thanks for the help guys. Not trying to start a feud here. Radions are top dogs for their software and features. Comes with a hefty price tag. You can DIY the same colors for a lot less but not have the controls. Just read where cool whites were not the best choice for white with warm white and neutral/natural whites out there. Don't get me wrong, radions are good, just looking for something a little out of the box with a full spectrum. Thanks.

honestly at first the colors looked like CRAP..but once they adjusted they look awesome and the growth is quite good throughout my entire mixed reef. Lots of encrusting going on with my sps rigt now

Before you dish a lot of money out on Radions and the unneccessary features with no benefits (i.e. green leds, storm simulation, etc.) check out the Maxspect Razors. More reasonable and incredible par values. Though if you were wanting to keep clams and/or sps I would go with the 10k versions. Do a little research before you buy.
