Yup, hence the name. Flavi- yellow, analis, pertaining to the anal(fin).

Definitely a good price. Mine's a model citizen thus far, and she cohabitates with my male H. Melanurus well. I think I paid about $50-is for her.

LFS had some christmas wrasses that I couldn't ID.. I think it's the ornate one? and also, don't they need a sandbed? I asked the owner and he was like nah they just sleep in the rock

thanks, I figured. Are the ones in the last few photos juveniles? They were the ones I was mostly confused on. The others were really big, no way I want that in my 50 cube.

I thought the ornatissimus only came from hawaii? I asked where they came from and he just said not Hawaii because there's nothing coming from there.

They are all ornatissimus. Fish are still coming out of Hawaii.

This one I think I know. Not for sure. I will say it is a juvenile. Tough to get a good photo. This is about an inch long...

I'm thinking a juvenile Hemigymnus Melarapterus?
