Sorry pretty bad photos but he’s impossible to take a photo of for the most part. Love to know what he is and gender if possible.

The pattern on the body changes a lot; notable differences. Can't find a great picture to show at the moment.

No, those are still both males.
I can't find a good female photo, nor am I sure I have even seen one. However, moyeri is very closely related to kuiteri, and this is the female/male of that species:

It's very reasonable to expect a very similar difference with moyeri.

Buddy with a FOWLR added this to his tank without knowing what it was. I'm not much on wrasses, if that's what it is. I would have checked all 188 pages before I asked, but, well. . . Closest I could find was Halichoeres cyanocephalus but the tail and eye is different, unless this is part of a phase/gender difference.
