Nope, the new one is not an earmuff. It is Coris venusta, a Hawaiian endemic, doesn't get huge, but is definitely more aggressive than Halichoeres wrasses.This was sold to me as an earmuff wrasse. Is it a juvi? It's more reddish pink that the adult two I also have.

It's a male flasher for sure. Either flavianalis, mckosker, or carpenter.

No issue with the possum. The naokae may behave aggressively toward it, but using a social acclimation box for introduction should help.

Pics 1&2 is a male Cirrhilabrus cyanopleura, pic 3 is a male Paracheilinus, but exact species cannot be determined without seeing the fins.
But it has to be either mccoskeri or carpenteri; you can see some red on the anal fin.
Looks to be an adult Halichoeres maculipinna. It is safe with corals, but inverts are on the menu.
Worth it to replace the cleanup crew IMO
