Don't feel too bad for it. ... it has plenty of aiptasia to keep it company
I had both females in my 225 but now that this one is changing to male he's become more aggressive towards the other wrasse. Is this something that will lesson or become worse? Good idea to remove the other female? Chances of them becoming a bonded pair?

Wrasses don't form bonded prs, rather it is based on social interactions. They get rather large so one will likely need to be removed.

It is;Macropharyngodon meleagris. But the condition of the caudal is a bit concerning; keep an eye on that. If it's in QT, antibiotics would be a good idea.

She's not in qt (I know) she's very active and eating constantly. She's filled her belly since I have gotten her. Hopefully she will be ok

Fish 1 is Cirrhilabrus rubriventralis.
First one no clue, the second sold to me as a green coris but doesn't look like the pics I googled. I thought maybe some juvi dragon wrasse but don't recall them being green
Fish 2 is Xenojulis margaritaceus, it is closely related to leopard wrasses.
I recently acquired this cirrhilabrus jordani trio as a male and 2 females at a fairly good price. I'm wondering though if I truly ended up with 2 males and a female (or possibly a male, female and a transitioning female). Confirmation would be greatly appreciated.
