Saw this at the aquarium store. Labeled as sailfin wrasse. Sorry for bad photo. Also saw what they called a Timor wrasse. Any info on them?

I'm guessing with that common name they're implying it's Halichoeres pictus - but it sure looks like Halichoeres bivittatus to me.Never seen this one. At my local LFS and listed as a "rainbow wrasse".![]()
I hope there going to turn out to be a happy accident, there both doing great and eating like pigs one thing I didn’t count on is the rosefascia are a large wrasse upto 8”, i should be ok in 200g though.I’d love to take one off your hands... darn international shippingthat one is on my “list”

cyaneus has a lunate tail.

Sorry; I didn't mean to come off as rude or pointed. I simply hate to see people get wrong IDs on a thread which strives to exist so users can get correct IDs.Glad I answered with my incorrect ID, i didnt think to look at the tail fin shape.
