The coralline bit is an interesting point. I know that conditions that lead to coralline growth will also be favorable to curls.

However, coralline grows on random parts of my glass for no rhyme or reason. Would this theoretically mean that some places on my glass are better for coral growth than others?

No, just that the glue will stick better to the rough coralline than the smooth glass

I just want to cover my corner overflows and not regret using a specific coral. Im probably going with zoanthids.

A lot of the GSP ones on the back glass or overflows gives me bad anxiety for me

I’be used magnets as frag plugs for the back glass. Works great. Initially put GSP on the back wall... big mistake. It grew over anything I put back there.

I usenit gor my JF turbunela. Green and yellow polyps. It’s a nice spot for it. Doesn’t encrust. Branch out. Just cup

Stupid question, how do you glue corals to the back of the tank?

Apply cyanoacrylate to the coral first, then stick to the back and pray it sticks?

Coral puddy works too.
