Bout 150 and I probably keep flow lower than most. I have the best results with just enough to keep them gently waving.

Curious about this too! Got my first torch a week ago and he seems happy. Would love to keep more and add goni but heard they are hard to care for…

as high as i can put it under ai prime and orpheck 120 bar as possible and a foot and a half away from a mp10 at full blast
ai prime hits 95 percent ussage on blue channels
orpheck bar hits 100 ro a couple of hours

I have no exact idea on PAR, but I have two Nero 3 set for moderate/high random flow between 8-25% on the right side, a Tunze 6040 in the left back corner midway up on lowing random pulse at 1.5 on/1.5 off and the Mightyjet returns set at random pulse for 2.4 one up from lowest pulse. Here’s a YouTube vid of the tank. The lights are ReefBreeder 36” Photon V2. Tank depth 16.5”. Lights max out peak 50% for blues/violet. Whites set for 1%.

The biggest changes I’ve done recently is add 2 part , fairly small doses of about 100 cc for each total daily. I dose 3x week with Reef Plus and Reef Trace from SeaChem. Iodide weekly as well. My Mag seems to naturally run high . Last time I checked on Tuesday it was at 1480. I do have Mag for dosing mostly for my Acro Nano. I do daily phyto small amounts for my pod population as I have a Mandarin Dragonet. That and fairly generous frozen feedings for both the fish and corals.

@LRT I still cannot keep a goni alive in my system, to save my life. Even with long term stable params, the is Something that they don't like. Torches tho.. Where's your Island?

Here's mine. I'm pulling the racks out and going to glue them to rocks from the end of tank and make my a torch and goni garden across the bottom and set some rock up top for Stix. Big plans my homie I'm going to need moar flowy things to!
