I feed strictly omega one flakes, everything seems to like it. I've got three fat tangs (scopus, powder brown, blue hippo) 4 clowns (two black, two snowflakes) an anthia, a neon goby, a few mollies, arc eye hawk and a couple others that don't eat flakes. Like the mandarin, I buy pods once or twice a year, then I have a figure 8 puffer that will only eat bloodworms.
I use algae sheets sometimes, I have to work with the tangs a little to get them to eat it, and cubes I rarely use because I feel like more goes to polluting my water than feeding the fish, I use it maybe once a month to spot feed some coral.

I feed my fish algae and pellet food, and for shrimps... left over cookies.. and they love them. sometimes my fish eat them too, I think pop tart is their favorite (strawberry flavor, in case you want to know)...
