Cirrhilabrus do no bury in the sand.Do you have a container of sand in there for them?
Reef-safe wrasses do not usually QT that well
Quite simply, neither one of those statements are true. Yes, they are a touch more sensitive than the "bulletproof" fish available in the hobby, but there is nothing about them which should cause QT to be skipped or overtly difficult.and they do not do well with medicine or hypo.
Thank you. I am hoping the other two make it as well. I am very sad that my Lineatus died. He was the one fish that I REALLY wanted and was waiting to come around. I wish that I had came on here and asked as soon as I noticed the white markings on his sides last week, but he was doing better and his appetite had returned the day after I dosed the Ruby Reef to the QT. This situation sucks, but it has been a good learning experience for me and I will be much better prepared the next time I have a sick fish.Sorry for your loss. Gram negative was my instant first thought as well, but that's a moot point now.
