Lipstick tang

I feel this is an emergency.
My lipstick tang has not eaten today and she looks very lethargic.
I have tested the water. Everything is on par there and all the other residents are fine.
Is this normal. I am quite worried as it is out of character for her

They have been there since I got her. They look like scars actually. If it is velvet what do I have to do

I have nothing and it is 23.07 o clock and I can't get anything while tomorrow.
Like I said though those marks have been there since I got her about 4months ago

It could just be the picture but not talking about the larger white marks, the photo looks like she is covered in tiny spots. As posted above Velvet looks like a light dusting covering the fish. Can you get a better close up of the fish now she is in quarantine?

Erm she is actually in death throws as we speak.
Really worried about the main tank now.
Is it possible that the whole tank is infested if it is velvet

Yes two little Scooter Blennies on the 10th of March

Sometimes it is very difficult to see velvet on lightly colored fish. Look at the fish at an angle to see if you can see a dusting or gold dust shimmer. Sometimes a small flashlight can help.
Is the tang breathing with difficulty, twitching?

I really can't answer that. I do know all the fish are quarantined by my LFS so they say I do not need to quarantine them when I get them home.
I have always bought my fish from there knowing this fact

Her gills are normal and she is not twitching. She is swimming about now.
Half an hour ago she looked like she was dying as she was laid on her side

It does appear to be velvet. The larger spots are normal stress marks for a naso.

Upon zooming in the white dusty look is what leads me to believe it's velvet.

This fish needs therapuetic copper ASAP.

If you can't get meds until tomorrow then the best thing to do is a FW dip for 5 minutes to provide temporary relief.

Tomorrow I would start copper and do a 90 min acriflavine bath.

All of the fish that shared a tank with this fish need treated with copper and your display will need to be fallow for 6 weeks to erradicate velvet.

This could have just been the case if there was a parameter difference between the two tanks.
