Lfs or chain store? .. Thanks for reply.

Carib Sea Fiji pink is very popular and good size with enough variation in grain to make it interesting. Cheaper to buy it dry btw and you get more sand per 25 lb bag than if you buy it wet.

Cool I'll check for that sounds cool I'm tryna switch it up thank you mikedawg

By the way i know it was recommended dry because it’s cheaper
Personally i don’t agree because of the time and waste when washing it out it also clouds the water bad just look for a sale i purchased mine 20lb bags for like $19 on sale from DrsFosterSmith if you look for it you can find it on sale

Ok I was gonna go by a lfs after work it's time to get this cube cycled. If he has nothing I will look online thank you for helping

Thing I don't like about Carib Sea wet sand is that without rinsing it (yes, I know you're not supposed to have to) it leaves a coating on all my pumps, heaters and other equipment and I end up spending more time rinsing this stuff off than when I wash it in the first place. Plus, not really sure what kind of flocculant is in the bag. Anyway, in the South, there is usually a garden hose somewhere running all the time, lol.

Hope you get your sand today; sounds like you're ready to get wet.
