Looking for aquascaping tips ?

I've never seen it. I'd be affraid of it falling and hitting the glass on the way down. How come? Do you have some kind of plan?

Anything is possible.. But I'd also be worried about it falling. Fish or something swimming into the line. If you decide to do it post some picks.

Doing some research, found some carbon fiber rope from a company called Fibraplex. from my reading it is about 5 times stronger than steel. I believe carbon fiber would be reef safe.

I wanna try to make a wall in back , with a ledge to place corals and give fish more ledge , working with a 55g , so I wanna get it as close to glass as possible. I'm thinking of placing rubber stoppers(to keep off glass) and a magnet. Looking for perfect rock

Here is a pic of my tank. I did a rock wall up the back. Used a wet saw to flat cut my live rock. secured it to the back with black pond foam. if this is kind of what your looking to do

Seamus, how did you get your rock to stack perfectly? I have to keep it easily moveable,So I don't want everything stuck or glued together .

As I put each piece in, I foamed it to the previous piece. Question, why does it have to be moveable? I am thinking how you can achieve my look in a removeable panel application.

Going to throw info at you as I find it for a panel system. Coated neodymium magnets. K&J Magnetics. product # byx0x08dcspc-blk $26.57 each, will hold 42.8 pounds each.
