Looking for some advice..

Something is eating it... I have another monti in there that hasent been touched so it must've came with that... next question is how do I rid? Cause now I'm considering the fact of starting over and dip dip dip dip...

Yes I do need to invest in better testing equipment. That is in another tank that's not fully cycled but was just wondering. My monti tho is what's concerned me. As I've not had this problem.. lesson learned.. dip it is.
 
Get some Bayer. I had monti eating nudi's. Took me about 2 months of dipping 3-5 times a week to get rid of them. I also keep all my monti's on the sand bed.
12 ml to a cup of tank water. 15 minutes and then through two more containers of tank water to rinse off all the bayer. Be sure to rinse it off completely before putting back in your tank.
 
Check your iodine. For some reason mine does the same thing when my iodine is low
