Lost 4 fish in past 2 weeks!!

I have not lost any more fish in the past almost 3 weeks do you think it is safe to start introducing some new fish back into the system yet? I have never figured out why I lost all the others. I was looking at adding a Splendid Pseudochromis to start with. Sal: 1.025 - Ammonia: 0 - Nitrate: 5 - Nitrite: 0 - dKh: 9 - Cal: 480 - Phos: .25 - ph: 8.2 I dosed Seachem Metronidazole and Focus for a little almost 1.5-2 weeks with the food per directions as a precaution.
