Lost my torch now hammer is shrinking

Looks really good and glad things are turning around. The discoloration may never fully go away, but as long as the coral is extending and isn't getting blasted with light/water flow it should pull through just fine.

Manganese or magnesium? If manganese do you check your levels? How do you keep up with how much you add and how much is in the water?

manganese

after your 2nd and 3rd icp tests you'll be able to calculate your tank demand

what suck is if you add stuff in the meantime, lols. but eventually you'll get it settled.

Don't mind the microbubbles... The drugs have the water all kinds of funky. But after the water change this guy decided to come out to feed. Not 100% yet but we're heading in the right direction. Thanks for the guidance everybody!

Ok so I figured out my problem. Specifically it was the flow. I have read alot that the flow being constant on any part of these guys can be bad even can cause death. My torch lost a head and the other was going but is now making a comeback. I have him placed here as you can see in the pic he is in an area that will get indirect flows of different directions mixed together in a bit of a depression. It is funny I have had so much issue from him since much harder coral to grow sun coral is doing fabulous. All corals are growing. These guys don't like instability at all. He is the one in the middle of the first pic.
