Ive used LRS fish food for 2-3 years. My fish are happy, and corals are great! Love the variety of food that is involved with each sheet of frozen food.
 
As opposed to other people talking about the underfeeding method in the podcast, I love to over feed my tank. My nutrient levels are really low already, I can afford to feed the fishes a nice chunk 2-3x a day of LRS frozen food.
