Yep. Popped them off the old spot a re-glued. Edit: most of what i moved today was glued to rubble rock then glued to the rock so I moved the rubble chunks. Its much easier than trying to move something thats encrusted. Im trying to spread things out more and contrast colors better. Still got some work to do but its an improvement.
Than Acans i homed today seem to be quite happy in their spot.

I also put some testers into the 18g i was going to enter in the Nano challenge. Got busy and never entered but it was nice to have the empty tank. So far all looks good.

Thanks Man! Im a lot happier with it than I was. Still got some work to do once the 40 is ready and im sure the 18g is ready for more stock.
BTW, Im digging the color i get out of the SB’s!!

One thing I miss from the SB is the UV. Turn channel 3 to 1% at night and the reef just barely glows.

Ive been playing with that a bit too. The Orphek has a UV channel too but there’s other colors mixed in so it doesn’t look as nice as the SB does.
Take a look at what we just ordered from NY Aquatics. 1st pic is actual fish from NY. Others sourced from google.

I like the UV channel on my SB as well. I've been looking at the orphek v4 as a replacement as well since it seems to have really good coverage like a black box without the hot spots.

Great Job!!! Have same tank..... Curious what Gyres you are running? I had 2 MP10 Vortechs and just added an IceCap 130 to see what the Gyre does... I noticed at one point you had a Gyre on left and Vortech on right side. May add another and ditch the Vortechs... Flow is far superior with the Gyre installed for me. I feel like the entire body of water moves and circulates better. I notice that happening with your corals... Instead of tentacles whipping around, they all move.... Curious on your thoughts... Thx!!

I cant say enough good things about the Orphek! My corals have responded incredibly to it since adding it in Oct. maybe Nov. Coverage over a 3ft tank is no issue at all at 12” above water. It replaced a 4 bulb t5 w/reefbrite that just wasnt giving me the punch i needed.

Welcome amd Thank you! Thats a beautiful tank you have there! Very nice color!
I wound up pulling the MP-10 and adding another Gyre 130 with the new controller. Flow is far superior with this configuration. The alterating gyres creates that perfect wave motion. I havent looked at the Icecap too closely but if you can sync up two of them then you should be in business.
The MP-10 was okay combined with the one gyre but i think its better in 2ft tank and moved it to my biocube.

Ah yes, sorry. I originally had a 130 but sold it and got two 230’s.
