I’ve been taken into hospital today , after having a possible “light heart attack “ !!! Keeping me in for observation, trying too get my high blood level down , tomorrow I will get an echo too see if there is any damage too my heart !!! For now I’m stable and comfortable...

I hope you are ok! Do what the doctor tells you the nurses will post pics of you in that gown if you don't!

Update !!!
It’s been a rough few weeks for me and my tank ..I’m doing good .. I’ve had an operation and i am recovering well, as for my tank .. well I’ve been battling Dino’s for a while and for the last few weeks have been dosing peroxide and doing a 15% water change every week, + 5 ltrs every day or so syphoning as much of the Dino’s out as I can , it seems too be working as they have almost gone the last week or so .. I had also stopped cleaning the glass for a couple of weeks and cleaning my filtersack more often ... on the down side I’ve now got a bubble algae outbreak and in several places turf algae growing .. also had s lot of problems with my dosing pump so a week ago I ordered a new Coral Box dosing pomp with WiFi , which arrived today
I love it .. it’s taken a few hrs too set it up but so far I’m really impressed , unfortunately because I’ve been in hospital for a week and my old dosing pump was broken my parameters are all over the place ... tank still looks good but I’ve had some bad ph and alk swings and I’m starting too see some stn on a couple of my Monty’s
For now I’m getting back on top of things,and hoping that the new dosing pump is gonna help a lot
I’m going too end this post on a positive note though ....
Since selling my huge anamone that sat in the middle of my tank my yellow watchman goby who was living at the opposite side of the tank from my pistolshrimp have finally met and are currently sharing a new home together in the middle of my tank super happy ..

Picked up two new corals today a monti and a acropora , these have come from a tank which was under t5 lighting .. think they look beter under my leds ..

So i got a new fish today .. a beautiful 6 line wrasse .. also gained a few more corals , Some new zoas , a montipora Rainbow sunburst ,and a turbinaria and Tomorrow Im picking up a Montipora superman ..

So I finally glued my reef pillar yesterday .. and again altered my scape .. still gonna get some more rocks for the left side soon ..

Ok heres another video i took today .. somebody comented on fb that my tank was Very peacefull and was asking me about flow in my tank .. well I have two powerheads in ..a rw8 jebao and a tunze 6040 .. the rw8 sits near the top on the left side on its lowest setting ... the tunze sits half way down on the right side .. both are set too pulse ....
So my question is this looking at this video is there enough flow in my tank .. if you watch my rbta and my torches and my Duncan .. any thoughts ???

To me you flow is great.
Your anemone and lps have a nice sway and are fully extended and are very happy

I was looking back over my photos on my phone today trying too compair for growth when i noticed this ....

The coral on the right .. i dont know its name .. ive had it a few months now i guess .. so heres a later photo

Then it went too this !!

Now iT looks like this !!!

I never even noticed it Changed color !!!!

It looks great and can definitely see the green color change.

To myself it looks like when you went Triton it was the right call and your reef is very happy and showing the results.

Are you happy with the new dosing pumps for the Triton products?

Heres Some growth photos of a Monti digita i have .. it broke so there’s obviously now two but ....here’s when I got it first !

Now it looks like this

You can see how it’s covered all the stone it was on

And this is the piece that broke , it’s the one in the middle .. the left one is my montipora forest fire ..which has also dubbled in size !

The two green Formosa you see on the right is the same one as the first photo from my last post .. but here it is again for comparison with a couple of before it broke

To be honest Freddie I think it’s a lot of things maybe .. yes I believe the triton method is working for my tank , I do like the coral box dosing pump .. although I’ve noticed today air bubbles in the tubes again .. had too recalibrate today .. but I’ve also been playing with the lights a lot trying too find the sweet spot .. (think I have now) .. gotta love that paar meter as well from the seneye .. !! But as well as that beating the Dino’s .. ( I’m still dosing peroxide at half the dose 9ml per day) but my sand bed is staying nice and white .. and finally getting a bit of stability in my parameters has also certainly helped a lot .. the tank will be 1 year old in a couple of weeks .. so officially a mature tank ... still got a bit of bubble algae and gha in a couple of places but not really noticeable unless you really look .. so I can’t really say that it’s just one thing that turned my tank around .. But lots of little things ..
