Mammoth Nano SPS Reef

A little late for St. Patrick's and not an SPS, but I have a soft spot for unique favia and chalice mini colonies. As long as they don't start littering the sand bed.

These dosing storage containers are built like tanks and make for easy maintenance. I've used other types of containers in the past and had hassles with leaking, air in dosing lines, or frustrating floating tubing in my DIY setups. I know these aren't entirely necessary, but I considered them my splurge item and I still absolutely love them. The solid machined pvc lids and base are something only a reef nerd would appreciate. :)

What kind of pump are you using and what is the size of your return plumbing?

awesome set-up! Where do you keep you phosphate and nitrate levels?

NO3 is typically undetectable and PO4 is usually in the .03-.07ppm range. I do 20% water changes every 2 weeks as well as run GFO. I'm a bit old school and still can't understand the NO3 dosing logic.

There was an accidental 2-polyp frag in the bag upon delivery of this one, and now it is nearly the size of the original frag. That is how slow this thing has been growing.
