mandarin face swollen but stomach large

Hello fellow members! Have a little issue. Ive had my mandarin goby for over 3 years, fed twice a day, all types of foods except flakes/pellets. Shes ben extremely healthy, honestly maybe one of the healthiest looking gobys ive ever owned. Im litterally heartbroken because i cant seem to wrap my head about whats going on. Shes always fat and bloated from morning till night (both times i feed). Today, ive seen her just relaxing in the sand hanging out near the snail shell that i stuff a cube of food in her for to pic at. But realized her whole face is swollen. Ive had scares before with plenty of fish eating fire works bristle worms before. But this time she looks like shes in trouble. Shes swimming about, just a tiny bit, but this time her stomach is unbeliebly large. Usually shell spit the bristle worms out and her mouth would trob for a day or 2 but this is starting to scare me because its all swollen. I know of all potential treatments, protocols, remedys. I added some mag sulfate for now, In the meantime she still eating, but seems like she cant see the food. Breathing normal, and still has her color. Would like to know if anyone has experienced this before? Anywho thanks everyone!

Im so upset you have no idea, she was my first fish when i got back into the hobby and has ben fantastic. I really pray she pulls through. Shes ate bristle worms before and held the same character as now. The only difference now is her face is way swollen then the couple times she ate one. Also her stomach is HUGE, my 6 line wrasse also has a full belly so i think something might of happened this morning. Shes breathing well, same color, sits on the sand hovering for 10 minutes, swims around normal and comes back. I tryed feeding her, i didnt want to over feed her so the little i gave her she ate. She made it like she couldnt see the food headon, she would have to look sideways before she takes a bite. I hope shes ok, im terrified

I know you said you've already dosed Epsom salt to relax the bowels and we all know a mandy would never eat a pea. However, you could try soaking Kanaplex in whatever prepared foods you feed her. This will accomplish two things: (1) Treat any internal infections (2) Possibly induce diarrhea, a known side effect of kanamycin.

Her face is worrying me a bit. I agree with kanaplex in the food... don't forget about combining it with Focus to bind it.

Still the same, except her additudes a little better. The swelling subsided a little bit, so hopefully later on in the day itll get better i hope!
