On Sunday I’ve place an order from Marine Depot website thinking I was buying GHL ION director. After completing the order, I realized that mistake was made and it’s actually KH director was order and not the ION.
Right away, I’ve sent them email to cancel order. It was after hours, so I had to call Marine Depot support o first thing Monday morning.
It was next morning I spoke to representative and was informed that package was already sent out and they couldn’t cancel it. I was advised to wait until package arrives and then process the return.
I received package yesterday and trying to process return. Website says, that Marine Depot does not accept returns for this item.
Need some help here!
