The starfish will need to be removed for hyposalinity.

In looking at your second video, I don't see active ich. The blue damsel and dark clown look pretty good, the orange damsel is swimming a bit "stilted" which is an issue. Which clownfish died?

I too dont see ich but possible start of brooklynella which typically affects clowns in particular and is treatable in-tank safely with starfish using Ruby Rally Pro. Hypo wont do a thing for this fish at this point making it pointless and reason I asked to confirm.
Video was short as fish was active. Seeing you are in Europe, you can safely use NT Labs myxazin or Avloclor - but with avloclor, star will have to be removed

It's not just the clown affected it was also a bannerfish and a regal tang All stated to swim.in the flow at night then wake up in the morning to the dead

Help

So that would be safe with the puffer in the tank there all looking quite rough I blame my lfs as I brought a regal tang there and week later it come in the tank and that died then slowly through out the week they been dying one by one would a fw dip help till I can get the treatment

Currently running myxazin but the puffer isn't doing to well I'm not sure if it's best to do a fw dip on him he's stopped eating cloudy eyes and hiding behind the rocks
