It will take a very long time to recover from this. It is a bay where the spill occurred, so the turnover of water will be much slower than if it were out in the open. Think about this.....the dead creatures right now are the bottom of the food chain...it has to trickle up and affect the larger predators. A chain reaction that will last for years. Imagine diving and seeing nothing....in Hawaii. So Sad.
