Melanarus wrasse not swimming

I’d be more concerned about flukes since prazi wasn’t completed.

Also, I’d +1 to giving him a little container of sand to burrow in, it shouldn’t effect the copper too much if it’s just a little glass bowl or Tupperware container full. Should make him much less stressed.

Is he alone in QT?

Yes he’s alone and I’m going try to get some sand will crushed corals work too?

Nope you're going to need smaller grain size sand. Is he using his tail and swimming normal?

I can't tell from the video if his swim pattern is bc of stress or a spinal injury

Here’s another video I did just notice he has white poop so I’m thinking internal parasites. I have general cure can I dose this with copper woder

Is the poop stringy looking as well as being white? If so you'll want to use the general cure with focus and mix it with his food

Agree^

If I dose general focus to tank will it kill internal parasites too? I don’t have focus to bind it to food

You definitely want to mix it with his food, you can also use unflavored gelatin or agar in place of focus

I can actually see the stringy poop in the video, definitely intestinal parasites. Can you get focus where you are? Amazon maybe? I’ve tried the gelatin method, focus is much better to work with if possible to source it fairly quickly.

I’ll try going to LFS to get some. Is there mixing instructions ?

So I mixed some general cure and focus but wrasse didn’t eat go near the food. He’s laying on side and if I touch him he swims for little bit and stops. Is it too late? Can I dose general cure or fresh water dip or it’s too late?

That's not a good sign, is he breathing heavy? Can we get some advice @ngoodermuth @HotRocks @4FordFamily @Big G

If the fish isn't eating the best thing to do is dose the water column.

Hoping that the fish gets enough out of the water and will start eating again.

It's not the most effective way, but it may be your only option.

Just dose the GC per instructions. Needs to be done in a QT.

Exactly. Good luck, you’ll want to move quickly.

Thank you everyone for your feedback.
