Starreef, Thanks for the pic. You do have a lot of bubbles in the sump. You have a lot of water moving thru a small space. It's not giving the bubbles time to rise out of the water.I see the water falls pretty far from the 1st section . Can you raise the water level in the return section so the water doesn't fall so far? Ya & try a sock & see if it helps. Can't hurt hurt to try. If Ya don't like it take it out . There could be several reasons. Try one at a time to find out which is causing the micro's .

I can't seem to find a flow curve for this pump, so it's hard to say for sure.

But based on the 12000 and 18000 curves I'm seeing on fishstreet, which show that you could be delivering 2000-2500 GPH, you probably just need to dial back the flow until your drains settle down and stop making bubbles. Then leave it alone. :)

If you're saying that you have two 1 1/4" drains, then you might not have to throttle it that much – a single 2" drain would maybe fit better.

If you have < 1 1/4" then you might have to do some more serious throttling. (I couldn't really tell for sure what I was looking at in the main sump plumbing photo.)
