My MightyJet Return Pump stopped working after I unplugged it for a water change. When I try to plug it in it says e2 which means under voltage protection, but I dont know what that even means. Please help!

That code means your power supply is not providing enough voltage.. you didn't unplug multiple things and plug pump up to wrong power supply by chance?

I mean i unplugged everything because I was doing a water change, but the pump usually works right after

I'd just put the heater next to your powerhead and look at it in the morning. Noting good happens if you're tinkering with your tank after 10pm.

Be sure you are using the right power brick, I remember plugging my return into the wrong one once and it not working correctly, only flashing one led on the controller. Ended up being that I switched the power bricks serous and it was only getting 12v DV instead of 24v DC. Sounds like that may be your issue, or you may need a new power brick(AC/DC convertor)

can u send me a link to a good one?

yes i used a different outlet and didn't work
If thats the case then the pump might just be a goner and need to be replaced, I know this isn't helpful ATM but in the future its a good idea to have a spare return pump because these things do happen. I'm not sure where you are but if any LFS's are essential in your area then I'd just grab a replacement from them if thats an option, atleast until you can either sort out your other pump or contact the manufacturer if its within the warrantee.

Where you getting the same error code in the other outlet? I don't have any experience with this particular pump so i'm afraid my helpfulness is quite limited, hopefully someone who does will chime in.

Sounds like the power supply died. Any chance you have a similar one around with the same style plugs and outputs the right voltage and etc? Sticker on the bottom tells you what it outputs exactly. You just need a good power source and it will work again. You can splice wires and etc if you have the right power source.

THIS ASSUMES BASIC ELECTRICITY KNOWLEDGE AND SAFETY
