whats the right voltage? sorry im not very good at electric stuff lol
Look on the back of the brick it should say what it is on the sticker.

Also here’s a link to someone on here selling one.

Actually look on the top of the pump. I believe it says 24v... so if you have another power brick around that says 24v on it you should be fine

Take a photo of the label on the power brick that goes to the pump controller, that will have all of the info
one of them is the pump and one of them is power strip, I hope these are the right photos

I’m an electrician, and that should be fine. it sounds like it’s a power brick issue. what that does it ramps the power up (or down in some cases) to get it to the power that the device needs. it’s essentially a mini transformer. somethings wrong internally. I don’t think it is your pump, but when you unplugged and plugged it back in, something got rattled inside there. not only would I not trust it anymore, it probably cannot be fixed by the average joe.

hm ok so should i buy a new power brick

i plugged it in and now it saying e5 which means somethings in the propeller but theres nothing there
so idk

I would. but now it sounds like a technical issue with the pump so I’m not sure I don’t have one in front of me to figure it out I’m sorry!
i might just get a new pump
But has to be 1.5 amp approx.

So if you have another wall wart with those specs you can swap if the plug fits.
I've tried like 3 different outlets but none of them work i might go buy a pump and call marine depot (the place i got it from) on monday

I don't know what you mean by outlets. I am talking about the small black power supply that came with the pump. If you have one with similar specs take a pic and show us. Naturally the end of it has to fit into the pump side properly.

Ok. What was it? I will guess the pump wire was not plugged in all the way? Not power... but the pump to the controller?

idk what didn't click but I tried a different power supply and it worked. Im not very familiar with electric stuff so I thought power supply was the power outlet. oops

Great! Just make sure it is 1.5 amp approx and 24 volt dc. It can be higher amp but not much lower if you run it near max power!

it's 24v dc and 3.75 amp is that too much amp?

That will be fine but since I am not a licensed electrician I would recommend getting an exact replacement by contacting the manufacturer. That is what I would do even if it cost me 20 bucks.
