putting both in the garden this year.
you got space for tomato plants?
interested?
will have extras.
Unfortunately no that is the worst part of my current living arrangement. No garden for last 4 years... I LOVE growing foods...

didn't know if you can do pots.
They are strict about what we put on porch. And mine faces north so no direct sunlight ever in middle of summer.

ok I get the sun part. But seriously, they don't allow potted plants on your patio?

I find this extremely bizarre for that complex. I'd be like, "Yall need to worry about the dumpster level and slow service calls before you worry about the color of my flowers!"

JK! Id follow the rules because im chicken sh't and I hate confrontation. :winking-face-with-tongue:

Same. Did it once and never again. Each street was named after a different tree and we had to have at least one of those trees in our front yard.

I've had or helped with a garden for as long as I can remember. I don't have a garden of my own yet since buying my farmhouse a few years ago, but the only reason I don't have one yet is that my family has over an acre of vegetables and about an acre of fruit. We grow some 200+ tomato plants every year.

Sorry you can't have a garden.

Home-raised, home-made fresh garden salsa is the best!

shocking.
Glad to see you back around more, Mike! Sorry I have trouble keeping up with all of the different build thread off-topic discussion!

want to do them again but don't want to deal with the asian beetle infestation.

My parents grow apples, pears, rhubarb (fruit or vegetable?), red and black raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries; I grow apples, pears, peaches, and mulberries at my house as well as a few rhubarb plants and a few red raspberry plants.
All are grown for home use.

Last fall, we made about 30 gallons of cider (mostly apples with a few pears in the mix), and some of it matched the best I've had even though I am not far from 2 orchards that have renowned apple cider.

Strawberry rhubarb pie is where it’s at. And I don’t usually like pie.
That's not my style... to each their own... im a classic apple pie all the way.
