@Pepcrylic It was labled on the box. It said it was the same stuff used in the manufacturing of the tanks. So thats how I'm taking it haha

Yes that product is for building "GlassTanks" silicone does not adhere to acrylic very well at all. When you place acrylic baffles in a glass tank you have to build a bead on the glass to hold the acrylic baffle in place. More times than not the seam will leak or fail. Most often when there is more pressure on one side of the baffle than the other.

So what should I do? I literally got everything put in already...

Cross your finger and hope it holds, or cut it apart and do some more research on how to bond acrylic and or, to glass. Sorry dont want to be the "Debbie Downer" but it may save you a major headache when your frag tank is full of freshly cut frags.

Well everyone I got it mostly finished. Im gonna trim it up tomorrow and make it look nicer. I just have to let it cure, and then see how it holds. Here are some pics.

Nice dude! Good job! Those seals should hold up just fine. I used the same silicone on my 30 gallon frag using acrylic as well as you and it held up just fine.

All the pics except the last one are when I just sat it in. The last one is just the front when I put it in, and sealed it

So I'm thinking once I get the tank stable and the paramaters are all good I want to get a clam. How long should I wait?
