Missing or stolen packages?

So I ordered 5 buckets of salt mix and it was only 3 delivered by UPS. I will contact the company tomorrow.

Who’s responsible for this and does my credit card cover this if I don’t have purchase protection?

Yes, be careful for emergency use which is when all livestock are dying, tank leaking,etc

your order may be coming in 2 parts in which tracking info should answer that. Check tracking status in the morning and you may see “ out for delivery “

As @vetteguy53081 said about delivery. Sometimes items are accidently left behind on the truck or they are damaged and not delivered to you. Check in the morning with your tracking number. If it says all items delivered then contact the company you bought it from.

So after looking around the house after a long day at work in rain. Calling ups was like pulling teeth and finally got the info from Liveaquaria that they shipped them separately. I wasn’t informed and that surely wasn’t the best practice on their end.

However, the lady I spoke to was very professional and able to find out the info I need.

LA, if you’re reading this, customers are out here as long as you take care of them!

Contact your shipper and ask for drop off receipt due to mis shipped or wrong drop off
Contact your credit card company and let them know you want to dispute those charges due to negligence of shipping company. They will handle it from there

Shipping company did nothing wrong. Liveaquaria shipped them separately...there is nothing wrong with that either.
