Shipping company did nothing wrong. Liveaquaria shipped them separately...there is nothing wrong with that either.

So not informing their customers that his or her order was shipped separately was nothing wrong? I have to disagree with you on this

False pretense. I don’t bring these kind of issues here. I usually call them companies and find out what’s going on before giving bad reputation to a company and get the whole story. But that’s just me. I’d rather deal directly with the situation and gather facts.
