I’m on the other end of this. I heat the water, add salt and pump, wait between one to four hours and use. I also mix 1 part reef crystals to 2 parts red sea blue bucket. I started this to use up a bucket of reef crystals I had and I felt my corals liked it so I have done this for over a year now. No other reason than I save money and my tank seems to like it.
