When placing/mounting a monti do you just glue it to where you want it to start growing?

Mine is in a plug should I remove ?? What's the best place I have it at the top of a 55 be a powerhead

If you look at the Kenya tree you will see the flow going right by.

You can take it off of the plug if you like, and I think montis like higher flow.

all the montis i have i just use superglue gel and glue them where i want when placing them be sure to take in consideration for the growth pattern and size like powerhead placement etc

Witch way to they start to grow? Up down? Or just all over at same time?

i just wedged mine in-between 2 rocks and a little epoxy to hold then encrusted and takes off

Those are beautiful. I just put some glue on it. I was going to just leave it where I had it but it kept getting knocked off the rock. How much room should I give it. I just put a coral about 4 inches from it. Should I move the coral?

You should be fine for a while. What other coral is it?
