I'd get 6 guys, and let any older kids help too. The kids can hold back doors and act as extra eyes while your lifters are focused on lifting.
Even if 4 can lift it, having an extra pair will help so you can hand it off through the door, since at 28 inches I doubt you'll fit the tank and 2 bodies through.
