I doubt it.

Why so low on the temp? You want to be 78-79 degrees. Could be adding to the stress.
because i bought a defective thermometer since the beginning of my cycle /: so based off of what my new one told me - the tank was always at 72/73 degrees since day one, old thermometer was reading 80 so i didn’t put a heater in, and the shroom has been there for about 2-3 months now with that temp of 72/73 degrees which my thermometer was reading as 80. since i found out its been real cold the whole time i panicked and bumped the temp to 76/77 after putting a heater in for 24hrs and that’s when he started to expel. that’s why i made it 73 degrees again since that was he was used to for 2-3months if that makes any sense

Whenever you make changes, do so slowly. You did a lot in a short time to stress it out. Slowly up the temperature 1 degree every 24 hours. Same for the lights, if you want to increase it next time(not right now), do so by 5 percent increments. Everything must be done slowly and stably, even when trying to correct a problem will cause issues like you have seen. Slow and steady wins the race.
