Must have apps for reef keeping?

Does the apex have a dashboard for scheduling things such as water, changes, when to change the carbon, a log for entering parameters such calc, alk, and Mg? I have a reefkeeper that lets me view and control my tank online but it does not have the logging options the apps provide. I have been toying with the idea of switching to Apex.

Fusion aside from tracking all your probe data and allowing to view graphed etc. has manual inputs for most test parameters and a generic entry for anything else. You can also do log and maintenance entries etc. The gaping hole though is it still does not do reminders even though it has the ability to send out alerts by email etc.

There is a web app that integrates with most controllers though which is reefware.com. That allows tracking multiple tanks/controllers, keeping animal profiles and doing scheduled reminders. Don't know too much about it but it appears to be free and works with some like Digital Aquatics, Reef Angel, or Neptune Systems. Similar to aquaticlog.com but free with added features.

I will have to give it a try!

I use marine box you can log all your test your maintnece schedule and add your live stock to it also has a direct link built into the app for apex fusion

Was curious and tried reefware. Not too impressed (aside from being awful slow site) and it defeats a major benefit of having Fusion which is being able to keep your controller hidden on your local net with no port forwarding etc. The only thing really of use is it adds reminders but for the hassle I would just set them up with Outlook or similar.

I've been developing a compatibility and sharing app called Aquas. We're on Indiegogo right now. If you are interested, please let others know about it! You can check it out here: https://igg.me/at/aquasmobileapp

Let me know what you think.
