MY 10 gallon nano! (STOCKED)

I just orderd it a few days ago, it should be here soon (yea its stability)

Sounds good.. regardless, I'd add a dose of that when you first add fish even if the tank is cycled... can't do any harm

Just did a test, no ammonia nitrate or nitrite still waiting for ammonia to kick in so i can see if my biological filtration is working ph is down to 8 also

UPDATE: My ammonia has gone up a little and my high ph has raised to 8.8 why did it raise?(might be 8.4 or 8.8 But it looks very dark purple to me)

Hopefully you'll soon see a rise in nitrite/ nitrate soon too.. the high ph could be contributed to your ammonia. Ammonia has a fairly high ph so this could definetly be a factor.

Test the ph again after you start seeing reductions in ammonia, most likely it will also go down

Ok just tested today no ammonia or nitrate to be found i've added a decent amount of pellets everyday, I even turned off my filter I think my tank was probably cycled at one point but my water change screwed everything up just going to wait for my bio-spira that I just orderd to come in the mail put that in and maybe give it a week till I add fish.

I just dossed my tank with seachem prime and seachem stability hopfully that'll start up my bio-filter

Ammonia 0
Nitrate 0
Nitrite 0
Copper 0
Calcuim 450
High pH 8.1
All my levels are good but if I add fish and my biological filtration isnt working im screwed...
i've added 2m of seachem stability
1m of prime
My water temp stays around 79-80 i orderd a bottle of bio-spira just incase the stability doesnt work i've added around a total of 20 pellets the past few days and my ammonia hasnt spiked at all turned my filter and powerhead off also!

Hi Koa, I just had my tank cycled as well. I'm working on my stock list as well. My stock would be

2 Clownfish
1 Goby (Yasha/watchmen)
2 Cerith Snail
2 Trochus Snail
2 Nassarius Snail
1 Blue Legged Hermit
1 Skunk Cleaner Shrimp
1 Randalli's Pistol Shrimp
1 Pom Pom Crab
3 Sexy Shrimp

Hopefully this will not too much for my 10g as well. Ofcourse I will add in stock slowly.

I have two clownfish and a goby in my 29g. I can't imagine these fish in my 10. Just seems too tight in my opinion and not fair to the fish.

I honestly would just stick with the 2 clownfish (make sure they're small) I wouldent add a 3rd fish in such a small tank already stocked with 2 active fish and make sure your salinity is right at 1.25 for those inverts

Noted. Thanks for the advice. I guess i will keep at only 2 ocellaris Clown

If your heart is set on a yasha/shrimp pair you could try it but a pair of clowns would be very aggressive in that small of a tank towards other fish

Yeah, I know I'm pushing it... so I'm going to let it stabilize after I add 2 clowns to check if the system can handle them or not before I decide on the pistol/goby. Need to go slow and let it handle itself. Need to wait for it to mature before pushing it more.
