How bad is the outbreak?

Have you done any waterchanges?

Have you run any kind of media for it?

It's just in the sand bed, I do water changes about every 5-6 days. Get premixed salt/RODI at LFS. Everything else looks good just dealing with this stuff. I have cleaned the sand bed, the vacuum didn't pick it up good. I used my hand and a net to get most of it.
