My 33 Long Frag Station Project

OK, the tanks has be drained, the walls have been removed and all of the old silicone has been removed.
I will put the glass walls back in tonight. I am having the walls that control depth of the overflow area shortened from 9.5" to 7". I felt the 9.5" was just a little too deep for the skimmer that I intend to use.

My light will be here tomorrow and the replacement lamps will be in tomorrow or Wednesday.

Here is what I went with for lamps:
UVL Super Actinic
UVL 454
UVL Aqua Sun
UVL 454
UVL 75.25
UVL Super Actinic

I am also considering a custom stand for the frag station. I figure as long as I have it torn down I might as well build something with a little more clearance for taller skimmers and such. Plus I will be able to add a cover over the fuge area to lessen the noise of the pumps

More PIC's tomorrow.....
Thanks for following along!

OK, I have started again
I have removed the glass and wrong silicone. Scrubbed vigorously with vinegar. Replaced the glass with the correct silicone. Notice that I shortened the bubble walls to 7" instead of 9.5".
I have also started the assembly of an overflow wall for inside the frag tank around the stand off pipe.
I have decided ti build a custom stand and have pre-cut the lumber. Assembly will be tomorrow. It will allow me room for a taller skimmer.
My RO/DI is back making water for the second shot at this setup. I will also be running my ATO directly from the RO/DI tank.

Here are the latest PIC's:

The stand assembly has been started.
I have the base for the sump/fuge & the shelf for the frag tank completed.
I hope to get the skeleton of the stand done tomorrow and then I will decide how to skin it.

OK, the stand skeleton is complete.

I installed the hanging kit for the new light and hung the light to check for proper clearances.

I set the sump/fuge in place to test fit it.

So far, so good

The stand and tanks have been set in place.
I will need to extend my original plumbing due to the additional height with this stand.
I will add the skin and trim this weekend and then start filling the tanks. AGAIN
