My 75 gal mixed reef

So I took a day to move the tank upstairs into a more regularly visited room , our sun room (it faces north and only as windows on the north side so it doesn't bring in a whole lot of sun... don't know why it is called a sun room really) Anyway.. It was quite a project, but I love having a tank back upstairs where my wife can make fun of me sitting directly in front of it again. Here are some new pics of the tank with a little different aquascape. Hopefully soon I will also have my new Lumentek Pro 240 from Reef Radiance!!!

Received my package from Mr. Coral just a few minutes ago!!! Things are looking pretty good right out of the package. They were shipped and packaged very well. They are closed up right now but that is to be expected. They are acclimating as I type this. Here are some pics!

Unfortunately, the sixline died within a couple weeks of adding her prior to the move. The new wrasse was just added last week.

OHP! sorry to hear that. Hope you luck with the new wrasse. Looks like a Carpeneters fairy? I lost my six line recently as well.. :(

Yea when I was talking with my LFS guy he was thinking it was some type of hybrid including Carpenter's. I am sorry you lost your six line as well :(

Well unfortunately the tank is not doing well. My corals are receding, PE is pretty minimal, colors aren't looking great on SPS (practically bleaching) and my leathers have been closed for days. Still battling this low calcium high alkalinity situation. I tried getting levels settled the old fashioned way of just water changes coupled with my normal two part calcium/alkalinity buffer (Brightwell Aquatics Reef Code A & B). Alas, it is not working. So I started Kent Liquid Calcium yesterday and stopped the two part. I will continue the increased water changes. Things just seem to not be doing well ever since I moved in June. The fish are doing great, but the corals aren't. I shouldn't have, but I added the above chalice yesterday. (it was too good of a deal) . I think I can already see it's edges receding.
