My cad 100 issues

a screw would work on the 8 bar...not one you used to mount but one on the side that is used to hold it together
 
0 is always best...I am not sure if there is a threshold limit for them....I am assuming any is too much though.

Another thought....basic I know....when you make the rodi do you use a TDS meter? I have found that different areas in the same city will have different concentrations of things in the water...just a thought, but since it went down hill after the move I was thinking that might be a good place to start.

Another thought could be copper from the water/pipes....I am not sure if this is filters out by the rodi system....the carbon block should do it, but they get exhausted quickly as well....again just going back to basics to be sure the foundations are right.

I have the brs 6 stage universal rodi unit it has a triple tds meter on it. It tests after the membrane (4 tds after running 2 mins) the first di (0 tds all the time) and the second di (0 tds all the time). And copper gets pulled out by the carbon and di
