well being me i kinda should be ticked off, My mom messaged me saying I won't be able to buy anything else for my aquarium thats alive ;Sorry i'll either have to get a job or just not add anything new till i move out
I understand that, but it's not liveaquarias fault that the crab died in transit, that could have occurred from a multitude of different things. Poor handling by the shipping company, temperature swings beyond their control. There are literally thousands of users on this forum that has received one thing or another that has been damaged or died in shipping (myself included) Its something that happens and is unavoidable. As stated before, liveaquaria will make it right with you and get you taken care of, just have to be patient and calm.

Don't stress they always make it right. I had many orders with them and spent lots of cash on some expensive fish that they take full responsibility when something go wrong. Sorry for your bad experience?

Would she care if someone sent you something for free if you could pay shipping? I'm not quite ready to frag anything yet but in a few months I'll be trimming for sure and would be happy to pay it forward!

You should check out the divers den tour i posted you can really see that they really do care you can also see where your stuff lived for 2 weeks

thanks, Analyzing what happened and calming down I realized this wasn't their fault (well it partially was because someone put ROCKS in with my livestock) but the box is all dented up so i suspect that the UPS guys were being stupid as usual and the shaking from the truck or car caused the

This happened to me about a month ago, lost a fire shrimp and two fish in transit. They refunded me the money no questions asked.

It's Alright, I'm not really interested in Corals but thanks for the offer. If I ever get interested in corals i'll be sure to PM you :)

Well I got the money back and my mom said i can do one more online order, Do you guys know of any vendors that sell unique invertebrates or some seagrass?

Floridapets.com for seagrass. I have a seagrass lagoon attached to my mains tank.

For the record, I have had coral rubble sent with crabs before as well... my assumption is that it is to aid in maintaining a certain level of water quality and stability. They are so light, I don't think there is the remotest chance that they actually crushed your inverts. Did you see any crush damage?

i’m usually a chill kid, but when it comes to spending my hard earned money on dead stuff. not so chill, so for those of you that don’t know i’m 14 and come from a poor family so even keeping an aquarium is hard, just getting my crinoid i saved for about a year and that’s working out good for me. I decided to order from LiveAquaria and found some really nice inverts, welp here’s what i was sent

I have placed many orders with LiveAquaria. There is no need to sweat it, give them a call and tell them what happened. They probably have the best customer service out of anyone I have dealt with aquarium wise, 14 day no question asked live guarantee and they will send you anything that was missing.

l am sorry to hear your little guys didn’t make transit. l agree with most everyone in the thread (Including you OP) that it wasn’t LA fault. l personally pick up my livestock from LA because I’m not a fan of Fedex OR ups. l would shop Local if you can. Especially being in Florida their are many LFS that seem to be down their. If you don’t see what your looking for odds are they can order it for you.

water wasn't hot, I think my box wasn't handled with care because their were little "punch spots" on my box and i saw a little hole in my trapeze crab, I will make another order with LA since they still have what I'm looking for

Check out KP Aquatics. They are in Florida. Nice folks.
yeah I'm interested in crinoid squat lobsters to host my crinoid, I didn't see any on their site but i was interested in the basket star they have

Oh man hopefully you got your refund

i had nothing but positive experiences with them..It happens sometimes,,they will make it right..silver lining to come your way
